24-25 Blue Jay Spirit Week

 

This school year, the BCE Booster Club and Eanes Education Foundation are combining their fundraising efforts, as the new Texas Two Step fundraiser to help reduce the confusion between the two donation requests and make it easier than ever to donate to both organizations through the Membership Toolkit. We have an exciting week of activities planned that kick off tomorrow morning (9/19). Hope to see you at one or all of these events benefitting the Blue Jay community! Kick-off - Thursday, Sept. 19th

  • Morning Coffee: 8 a.m. BCE Cafeteria - Join us to learn what each donation supports and why donating to both BCE Booster Club and Eanes Education Fund is crucial to our children’s education. RSVP here by Wed. at 4 p.m. to save time and have your badge pre-printed. 
  • BCE Benefit Night @ Toss Pizzeria Bee Cave, 5 - 9 p.m. Mention BCE or use code "bluejay" for online orders.

 

Blue Jay Spirit Week - Since we truly believe we're better together, we want to celebrate this amazing partnership and our community all week. Throughout the week, parents who have not yet donated to this awesome pair of organizations are encouraged to do so (click here to donate now) and students are encouraged to show their school pride by donning their favorite "pairs" of spirit wear. Don't worry, we know it's also picture week, so all dress up themes are easy & picture-day friendly. In addition to the theme days, there will be daily donation competitions with potential prizes earned by classes, grade levels, or the school as a whole. Donations already made will still count! Stay tuned for more info. 

  • Monday: Roll out of bed and straight into giving wearing your favorite pair of pajamas. 
    • BCE Benefit Night @ Hat Creek Westlake, 5 - 9 p.m. 
      Place your receipt in the Spirit Night Bucket.
  • Tuesday: Wear your favorite pair of boots and boot-scoot your way over to our website to donate today! 
  • Wednesday: You'll need your favorite pair of shades because our Blue Jays' future is so bright, thanks to our generous donors!
    • BCE Benefit Night @ Chick-fil-a Westlake, 4 - 8 p.m. 
      Mention BCE or use code "bcecare" (case sensitive) on the app
  • Thursday: Blue Jay donors rock! Show your generosity by wearing your favorite pair of crazy socks!
  • Friday: What an incredible team we have supporting our Blue Jays. Show up supporting your favorite team!

 

Spirit Night - Sunday, Sept. 29th, 5 - 7 p.m.
This is a free event in celebration of the Texas Two Step and will feature meet & greets with WHS athletes, a performance by the drum line, football watching, and games. Food and swag will be available for purchase. Join us at the BCE Fields.
