The Eanes ISD Child Nutrition Office is requesting parents volunteer to help serve food in the cafeteria through the end of the semester. There are two shifts available each day: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m. or 11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. We appreciate any help we can get, and you will be rewarded with free lunch and lots of smiling student faces!!

All Volunteers must check in at the front Office of each campus and go through the raptor process, unless you are already fingerprinted and checked with the district.  Either way please still check in at the front office.  Once you have signed in, please head to the Cafe and make contact the onsite Cafeteria Manager.  The manager at BCE Cafe is Vicki Vargas. They will provide you with disposable gloves and aprons as needed.

To ensure we are in compliance with health department regulations please make sure to follow the below clothing and hygiene regulations:

1.Must were closed toed shoes and socks, preferably slip resistant, but not required

2.No dangling jewelry, and all rings and watches must be removed.

3.No fake nails or nail polish as these may come off and contaminate food

4.Full length pants required and no yoga pants or spandex pants as they are a safety hazard in the kitchen. Best to wear jeans or some sort of long leg cotton blend slacks.

5.Hair must be pulled back and in a restraint.  This can be a rubber band or a hat of some sort.
