Welcome to Barton Creek Elementary! We are so excited to welcome your families to BCE and officially kick off the 2026–2027 school year as Blue Jays!

Welcome new Blue Jays! We know starting at a new school can feel a little overwhelming, but the Barton Creek Elementary Booster Club is here to help make the transition easier and help your family feel connected from day one.

Between Eanes ISD enrollment, Skyward, SmartTag, and all the back-to-school details, we know there’s a lot to keep track of. Membership Toolkit is a completely separate registration specifically for Barton Creek Elementary and the BCE Booster Club (sorry, one more login!).

All BCE families are encouraged to create a Blue Jay Account through Membership Toolkit. You’ll create one login and password that will work for your entire family, so there’s no need to create separate accounts for each student.

Once registered, you’ll be able to add your family and student information to the BCE Directory. The Directory is the primary way room parents, teachers, and the Booster Club communicate important classroom and school information via email. It’s also a great way to connect with other Blue Jay families, schedule playdates, and build community throughout the year.

Your Blue Jay Account is also the place to:
• Pay Student Activity Fees
• Sign up to volunteer
• Purchase event tickets
• Order BCE spirit wear and merchandise
• Access Booster Club sign-ups and announcements
• Stay up to date on everything happening around Barton Creek Elementary
