What is Blue Jay Bash?
Blue Jay Bash is an adults-only evening filled with great food, fundraising, and plenty of fun with fellow parents and the amazing BCE staff.

The event is a fundraiser? What do the funds support?
Yes! Funds raised from Blue Jay Bash directly support BCE teachers and staff—from bus drivers to campus administrators and everyone in between. These funds are given as monetary gifts during the winter holidays and at the end of the school year. The total amount varies each year based on the success of the event.

When and where is Blue Jay Bash?
This year’s Blue Jay Bash will take place on Friday, April 24, from 6–9 p.m. at Lucille Patio Lounge, a sophisticated yet uniquely Austin venue on Rainey Street, owned by a BCE family.

What happens if it rains?
While Lucille is known for its charming outdoor patio, it is a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue, ensuring a fantastic experience rain or shine.

How much are tickets and how do I purchase them?
Tickets are $100 each if purchased in advance (before noon on Friday, April 24) through the Booster Club’s Membership Toolkit site here. Tickets will also be available at the door for $125.

BCE staff may reserve a complimentary ticket and purchase a discounted guest ticket using the same link.

What’s included with my ticket?
Each ticket includes dinner from Cabo Bob’s, an open bar, and plenty of entertainment—including a photo booth, DJ, and a lively auction hosted by Cowboy Auctioneers.
